Sunday dinner, every week
Danny and Delilah both study at university and drive back to the family home in the suburbs each Sunday for dinner. Delilah is 21, works mornings as a barista and weekends behind a bar, and has mint-green hair that her parents have stopped commenting on. She is bored, she is provocative, and she has picked her stepbrother as the target. The series stretches that premise over five short episodes, each one raising the stakes a little further while the parents remain oblivious in the next room.
Every character in this series is an adult aged 18 or over. The university setting is background only; the action takes place at the family house.
Similar series worth a look
Fans of the stepsister dynamic have plenty to pick from in the stepsister category. My Girlfriend's Stepsister covers related ground from a different angle, and Bella, my step-daughter swaps the sibling tension for a stepdaughter who still calls her stepfather Daddy. If you want something with a more unusual hook, She Was Sent to Kill Me is listed as a close match.
